Remove a client and its live records together.
Deleting a client from BotLatch permanently removes the client record, its bots, aggregate usage records, stored transcripts, and report links from the active database. Existing report URLs stop working.
Archiving is different. It preserves records while disabling normal client operations.
Backups are controlled by the operator and may retain deleted data until the operator's backup-retention window expires. Restoring an older backup can restore data that had been deleted later.
